In summer 2016, Bocar made the move to Sweden and joined Ljungskile SK, however he was not a regular substitute in August and September games during this year’s Superettan. Bocar quit Ljungskile that was struggling in the midst of that season and ended the season in relegation. He came to France at the age of 17 and joined FC Girondins de Bordeaux when the 2008-09 season was already underway. After a few sessions with the first team and a few games with the reserve team, the club decided that Bocar would be part of the reserve team during the Championnat de France Amateur rather than joining the U-18 squad. However, issues with the transfer certificate from the international side caused Bocar being able to play towards the final stages in the year. The following season, Bordeaux took home the French championship, and Bocar was able to join the first team in a friendly match by the close of the season. Then, Bocar had problems with injuries which led to the decision to leave Bordeaux as well as France.
At the age 15 He was 1.81 meters tall and was playing with Diambars FC, a club where his father Saer Seck is president. His position was defensive, but coaches would also ask him as a defensive midfielder. Then, his dream was playing for FC Girondins de Bordeaux and later with Chelsea F.C. The dream of playing with Bordeaux was realized partially in 2008.
After a new career-break, Bocar decided to return to professional football, and during the winter-break of the 2018–19 Serbian SuperLiga, he signed with Serbian side FK Dinamo Vranje. He made 3 appearances in the league, however, by the end of the season. Dinamo was relegated. Seck stayed in the club and made his debut in the 2019–20 Serbian First League on August 4, 2019, in a home win against FK Smederevo by 3:1.
