Willem Stephanus Britz (born 31 August 1988) is a South African rugby union player currently playing for Japanese sides , the Sunwolves and the Sunwolves in Super Rugby and NTT Communications Shining Arcs in the Top League.
He was a part of both phases of the Lions promotion/relegation match following

At the youth level, he played for Griquas in their U18 Craven Week tournaments in 2005 and 2006. He also participated during the U19 Currie Cup tournament in 2006 before joining the Free State Cheetahs. His debut came with the Cheetahs in the 2009 Vodacom Cup game against the Mighty Elephants.
He was then transferred to the Griffons in the year 2010, and he was a regular player in the team for the following three seasons. He played in another four match for the Cheetahs in 2011, the Vodacom Cup season. He also played for UFS Shimlas in the Varsity Cup in the 2008, 2009, 2010 2011, and 2012 seasons.
He was then included in the Lions squad for the 2014 Super Rugby season and made his Super Rugby debut in a 21–20 victory over the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.
