As of 2012, and despite being in the class, his name was picked to represent the Eastern Province Country Districts at the top school competition held in South Africa, the Under-18 Craven Week. He was named in the starting lineup for their first match of the season against the SWD Eagles, playing the entire 80 minutes of a 14–37 defeat.
In Manjezi’s rugby career Manjezi played at a youth provincial level, a part of in the Eastern Province Under-19 team in 2012 and 2013.
