Fhatuwani Rasivhenge, a South African referee for rugby union (SARU), was born in Johannesburg on the 3rd of January 1986. He was appointed to the role of referee for the final rugby sevens tournament at 2016 Summer Olympics.

In 2015-16, he was appointed referee to two matches in French professional leagues: a Pro D2 match with Biarritz and Beziers and a Top 14 match against Toulouse and Grenoble.

Rasivhenge was also selected as a referee for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. At the games, he was appointed to referee the final of the games between England and Fiji, won by the Fijians 41-7.

In 2016, Rasivhenge was added to the referees’ roster for the 2016 Super Rugby season for the first time.

Rasivhenge also served as a referee for rugby sevens during the 2014 Commonwealth Games, which took place in Glasgow (Scotland).
