Josaia Wini Rashisuqe (born on the 22nd of July, 1994) is a Fijian rugby union footballer. He played as a winger in the French Top 14 champions, Stade Francais. His current club is the French Rugby Pro D2 side, Nevers.

On the 22nd of July in 2017 He decided to spend his birthday in a bar with his co-worker, Waisea Nayacalevu. Both left the club intoxicated , and as they walked out they came across a woman. Raisuqe snatched her up and physically assaulted the woman by squeezing her breasts. The other members tried to assist but Raisuqe and Nayacalevu slapped the girls. Raisuqe and Nayacalevu were rounded by police shortly after 3 am and were incarcerated for the entire day in the jail. They were brought before a judge two days after. their trial date was fixed for November 29.

In September of 2017 the player was snatched up by the Pro D2 side, Nevers for the 2017-18 Rugby Pro D2 season. He had an outstanding 2018-19 season and helped his team to achieve the top six spot, and was the league’s top attempt scorer, scoring 15 attempts.

Wini was born in Lutu, Naitasiri and just as every Fijian was, he began playing the sport of rugby at a young age. He longed to play for his Fiji 7’s team. It was realized when then Fiji 7’s team coach Ben Ryan spotted him playing in the Martintar and Marist 7’s and decided to select as a member of his Fiji 7’s team in this year’s Hong Kong Sevens. He participated in five tournaments for Fiji scoring 14 tries , however in July of 2015, French Top 14 side, Stade Francais signed him up for the 2015-16 Top 14 season.
