Skorbinski was officially announced as joining Nelspruit-based Pumas at the close of the 2013 season. Skorbinski was part of the Pumas team that won the Vodacom Cup in 2015. They beat Western Province 24-7. Skorbinski only made one appearance during the season, scoring one try.
He suffered a shoulder injury towards the end of the 2018 Currie Cup and announced his retirement from the sport.

He made his first class debut with the Leopards during the 2011 Currie Cup Premier Division seasons, when he was substituted for the Leopards against the Sharks in Durban. He made two more substitute appearances in the Leopards’ matches against the Blue Bulls, and the Free State Cheetahs. Then he was on the starting line for the matches against Western Province (and the Golden Lions).
In 2013, he played Vodacom Cup rugby for the first time, making two appearances. He scored two tries in the opening two matches of the 2013 Currie Cup First Division, eventually making eight starts in that competition.
