Following his stellar NRC performance in 2017 with The Canberra Vikings, Enever was included as part of the Australian national team to play in 2017, the Wallabies tour. Enever made his debut in the test match for Australia in the lock position in the match against England on the pitch at Twickenham on the 18th of November, 2017.
In the 2012 Super Rugby season, Enever joined the Reds under a contract for a short-term period to take care of an injury. The Reds made Enever’s debut the 29th of June 2012, against the Rebels in Melbourne. It turned out to be his only appearance in that season, however, it was enough for him to persuade the head Coach Ewen McKenzie to put the player in an extended playing team for the Reds in 2013.

Enever is a native of Buderim in Queensland’s hinterlands. Sunshine Coast. He was a student at Sunshine Coast Grammar School where he played for the 1st XV squad in 2007 and the 1st XV team in 2008. He was a club rugby player for The Sunshine Coast Stingrays.
In 2011 the year 2011, he was invited to the Queensland Academy of Sport (QAS) Reds Academy. He was chosen as part of the Australia Under 20 team that participated during the IRB Junior World Championship in Italy which he participated in 4 appearances and scored two scores.
Enever joined the ARU’s National Academy in 2012, and he moved from the Stingrays club to play Premier Rugby for Easts in Brisbane.
