Todd Kelman (born January 5 1975) is a Canadian retired ice hockey player who is the current Director of the Cardiff Devils of the Elite Ice Hockey League. He was a founding member of the original Belfast Giants squad that played in the previous Ice Hockey Superleague in the 2000-01 season. He took home the Superleague title twice before, one time in 2001-02 with Giants Giants from 2001 to 2002 (a only one season following the time the team was formed) and before that in the Bracknell Bees two years before that in the 1999-00 season. He also was the winner of both the Superleague Playoff Championship and the Elite League with the Giants in 2002-03 and in 2005-06 respectively.

In 2010 Kelman was able to secure an exhibition match for the aptly named “Belfast Giants Select” (featuring the best players of the Elite League), against the world-renowned NHL team The Boston Bruins. The game was played on the Odyssey Arena on October 2 in 2010, with the Bruins getting a 5-1 win.

In seven seasons as Kelman was the general manager for Belfast Giants, Kelman managed the team for seven seasons. Belfast Giants, Kelman and the Giants have won both the Challenge Cup and British Knock Out Cup (both during 2009/2008) as well as The Playoff Championship in 2010 and Elite League titles in 2011-12 and 2013-14.
