She is also an instructor at the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Nairobi, Kenya’s largest public university.
Following her graduation from her MMed degree, she was employed as an instructor in the University of Nairobi School of Medicine. She also practiced anesthesiology in Kenyatta National Hospital, the largest hospital for referral in the nation, and is also the hospital that is used for education at the University of Nairobi. Following her fellowship in 2014 she was appointed an Anaesthesiologist Consultant in Paediatrics at the hospital of referral.

In 1999 she was admitted into Nairobi’s University of Nairobi, where she graduated in 2004 with the Bachelor of Medicine and Master of Surgery. In 2007 she was accepted to the anesthesiology program in Kenyatta National Hospital, administered by the University of Nairobi. The four-year program lasts for four years, culminates in the awarding of an Master of Medicine (MMed) degree in Anesthesiology. She received an MMed degree in the year 2010.
From 2013 to 2014, Dr. Nabulindo was a student in the Anesthesiology Fellowship at the University of Nairobi. The majority of that fellowship located within the United States, studying at Boston Children’s Hospital and at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital located at Vanderbilt situated in Nashville, Tennessee.
Nabulindo serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Kenya Society of Anaesthesiologists. In September 2018, she was named among the “Top 40 Women Under 40 in Kenya 2018”, by the Business Daily Africa, an English language Kenyan daily newspaper.
