Sergei Lvovich Nemchinov (Russian: Sergei L’vovich Nemchinov , born 14 January 1964) is a Russian former professional ice hockey player who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the New York Rangers, Vancouver Canucks, New York Islanders and the New Jersey Devils for twelve seasons. The season was followed by 10 seasons with the Soviet Championship League with PHC Krylya SOVETOV and HC CSKA Moscow, and two seasons in the Russian Superleague with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl. Nemchinov is employed by the Admiral Vladivostok.

Nemchinov was among the final picks of the 90th NHL Entry Draft when he was picked in the 12th round 244th overall, by the Rangers. The Rangers then let him play in 761 games during the regular season during his NHL career which saw him score 193 goals and 152 assists to earn 345 points and picking 251 penalty minutes. He was awarded the Stanley Cup with the Rangers in 1994, and then in 2000 with the Devils in 2000.
