Sal LoCascio (born April 6 1967) is an American professional goalie and coach who spent the majority of his professional career with the New York Saints of the National Lacrosse League. He also played one season with the Long Island Lizards, and after retiring as a player, served as the head coach of the Saints, and also of the MLL’s Bridgeport/Philadelphia Barrage

The year 2002 was the time that LoCascio became the coach in charge for the Bridgeport Barrage of Major League Lacrosse. He was a part of the team following its move to Philadelphia and was awarded the Major League Lacrosse Steinfeld Cup as well as the Major League Lacrosse Coach of the Year Award in 2004.

LoCascio was signed by The New York Saints of the National Lacrosse League as an undrafted free agent in the year 1990. He played for 10 season as a member of the Saints as their goalie of choice from 1990 until 2000. LoCascio was named an all-pro five times in 1991 1993, 1992 1994, 1993, and 1997.
