Randy Mearns is one of the most popular and richest Lacrosse Player who was born on May 28, 1969 in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. Randy Mearns, born May 28, 1969, is an ex-lacrosse player.

Mearns was a professional player for the NLL’s Buffalo Bandits, Rochester Knighthawks and served as the captain of the 1997 NLL champion Knighthawks team. Rochester participated in the finals of the NLL’s 1999, 2000 and 1995. He has been the color commentator on the Bandits’ radio broadcasts since his retirement from professional crosse.

Mearns was Head Coach of the Canadian national team that won the gold medal at the 2014 World Lacrosse Championship.

Mearns was named the initial head coach for the St. Bonaventure men’s Division I lacrosse team, in June 2017.

Mearns was a member of the Brampton Excelsiors and won Mann Cup championships 1992 and 1993. He also won three Mann Cup titles with the Six Nation Chiefs (’94 and ’95) and ’96.
