Paul Zanette (born April 8 1988) is a professional Canadian-Italian in ice hockey. He is currently a non-restricted free agent who recently was a player in the Indy Fuel of the ECHL. In 2011, participating for the Niagara University Purple Eagles, Zanette was awarded The Atlantic Hockey Player of the Year and was named a finalist in Hobey Baker Award. After his contract was terminated at Asiago, Zanette joined Scottish club, Edinburgh Capitals of the Elite Ice Hockey League, with a two-year agreement. In the absence of a selection during the NHL draft in the year 2011, Zanette signed as a free agent with the Rockford Ice Hogs of the American Hockey League for the 2011-12 season. He began the season before being transferred by the Toledo Walleye of the ECHL.
