Boaz Ninsiima is one of the most popular and richest Politician who was born on December 28, 1975 in Rakai, Rakai District, Uganda. Ninsiima was born in Kooki, Rakai District on 28 December 1975, in an Anglican family from the Banyankore. His primary education was in his district Rakai in the Ahmadiyya primary school, which is a public school owned by the government in Kalungi before obtaining his PLE accreditation in 1993.

Ninsiima continued to progress into Makerere University where he attained an Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology in 2009 and the Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLSc) in 2013.

Ninsiima began his professional journey in the year 2000, working as a nursing associate in the Kibaale Community Clinic and was then promoted to the position of clinic manager in the same health facility in 2005. He was promoted to clinic manager in 2006. landed an appointment as a Laboratory assistant for Kasaali Health Centre III. He was employed in 2009. served as a laboratory coordinator for the Rakai District and then as an officer in the lab for the Infectious Diseases Research Collaboration (IDRC) from 2010 until 2014 when he left to become a member of the elective political party.

Boaz Kasirabo Nisiima (born 28 December 1975) is an Ugandan doctoral laboratory researcher and politician. He is an elected member of parliament of Kooki County and a representative for NRM the main political organization in Uganda. He is a part of Uganda Medical Lab Association as well as The NRM Parliamentary Caucus and serves on the Committee on Physical Infrastructure in the 10th Parliament of Uganda.

Then, he was enrolled at Sserinya Secondary School to complete his O-Level studies, and was awarded an UCE accreditation in 1997. To further his education, he enrolled in Mengo Hospital’s School of Medical Laboratory Training at Mengo Hospital and attained a medical laboratory technician’s certification in 2007.

In 2015, Ninsiima joined elective politics on the National Resistance Movement ticket, winning both the party’s primary elections and the 2016 general elections thereby becoming a member of the 10th Parliament for the Pearl of Africa representing Kooki County in Rakai District. In the 10th Parliament, Ninsiima serves on the Committee on Physical Infrastructure and he is also a member of the NRM Parliamentary Caucus.
