Otar Japaridze is one of the most popular and richest Figure Skater who was born on December 23, 1987 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Otar Japaridze (Georgian Otar Japaridze (Georgian: otar Jap born on 23rd December 1987) is a Georgian former ice dancer in competition. Along with his ex-partner Allison Reed, he represented Georgia at the 2010 Winter Olympics. He skated later with Angelina Telegina.

Then, in May of 2009 Japaridze was paired together with American Allison Reed to compete for Georgia and train with the team in Mount Laurel, New Jersey along with choreographer and coach Evgeni Platov. In 2009, at the Nebelhorn Trophy, they qualified to be a part of Georgia at this year’s Winter Olympics. Reed was granted the Georgian passport on January of 2010 and was able to compete in the 2010 Winter Olympics. Reed and Japaridze broke up after the season of 2010-11.

In 2007 and 2008, Japaridze performed with American Ice dancing Isabella Tobias for Georgia.
