Olexandr Borisovich Feldman (Ukrainian: Oleksandr Borisovich Fel’dman ) (born on January 6, 1960 in Kharkiv) is an Ukrainian Politiker and person with Jewish heritage, the People’s deputy of Ukraine (since the year 2002) and a businessman who is multi-millionaire. The most powerful figures in Kharkiv. In 2013, he ranked in the ranking of the hundred most wealthy Ukrainians in The Ukrainian magazine Forbes and came in 35th place ($287 million). In June of 2015, he has been he has been the chairman of his political group Our Land.

At the time of 2012’s Ukrainian parliament elections of 2012, Feldman was elected to a seat in the Ukrainian parliament in a single-member district in Kharkiv for the Party of Regions.

In the July 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary election Feldman was re-elected to parliament after again winning electoral district 174 in Kharkiv. This time with 37.24% of the votes (slightly 4% more than runner-up Viktoria Alekseychuk of the Servant of the People party). In parliament he joined the Opposition Platform — For Life faction.

Feldman first joined the Ukrainian parliament after he won one-member districts in Kharkiv in the 2002 Ukrainian elections for the Ukrainian parliament. In the parliament, he was a member of in the United Ukraine faction and when the faction joined with Batkivshchyna Feldman joined the Batkivshchyna party as well.

Batkivshchyna was a member of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc during the 2006 Ukrainian Parliamentary election and in the 2007 Ukrainian elections for the Ukrainian parliament. Feldman was re-elected to the parliament on a party ticket from the bloc of political parties. He was also a member of the Kharkiv regional party organisation. In March 2011, Feldman quit his Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction in parliament and became a member of with the Party of Regions. He did this citing the excessive influence of nationalism within the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc.

In the 2014 Ukrainian parliamentary election Feldman as an independent candidate won the same single-member district as in 2012 with 64.94% of the votes.
