Justo Ruiz Gonzalo (born on the 31st of August, 1969) is a former soccer player who was midfielder and director of the Andorra under-21 national team.

The year 1996 was the first time Ruiz started playing for in the Andorra the senior side. He took part in 21 FIFA World Cup qualification games for his home country and made his final game appearance on the 21st of November 2007 in Russia at the age of 38 and 2 months.

In the summer following, at 30 years old, Ruiz returned home to FC Andorra, and spent the rest of his life within the nation, playing until he was in his 30s for FC Ranger’s state’s Primera Divisio, with whom the club he joined in 2004. In 2011, and over the next five years, he was the manager of the club, before resigning his post in September of 2016 with the entire team.
