Following the return of the team after the team’s return, he was selected in the final squad of this year’s World Rugby Under 20 Championship. He was a non-replacement in the first game of the tournament winning 33-5 against host Italy and then began their final two games in Pool B. They won an impressive 40-8 victory over Samoa and a victory of 46-13 against Australia to assist South Africa finish top of Pool B, allowing them to make the semi-finals , with the most successful performance in the pool stage of all teams participating competing. Dweba began their semi-final game against England but was unable to stop them from losing 20-28, which led them to be disqualified from the tournament to England in the same match for the second time after the other. He also played off the bench in their third place play-off game against France and helped South Africa to a 31-18 victory to earn third place in the tournament.
After playing a single match for club side Bloemfontein Crusaders in the 2015 SARU Community Cup, Dweba was included in the Free State XV that competed in the 2015 Vodacom Cup. He made his provincial first class debut by starting their opening match of the season against SWD Eagles, but ended on the losing side as SWD ran out 17–33 winners. He made a further three appearances off the bench as the Free State XV finished the group stage in third place in the Southern Section before losing 21–44 to the Blue Bulls in the quarter finals.
For the 2014 season Dweba moved into Bloemfontein for Bloemfontein to join Free State Cheetahs. The club was in the mind of the national selectors , and was selected to the South Africa Under-20 squad for the 2014 IRB Junior World Championship held in New Zealand in June 2014. He was substitute in their second pool C game against host New Zealand, helping them to win 33-24. He was not a substitute for the final match of their pool against Samoa and also in their semi-final victory of 32-25 over New Zealand. He was on the bench in the final game against England and came on shortly after the half-time break however, he was not able to stop South Africa losing the match 20-21 and finishing as runners-up in the tournament. He returned to the domestic scene in the latter part of 2014, and made 2 appearances with his Free State U19 side in the 2014 Provincial Championships for the Under-19s.
