The year 2014 saw Molapo made the move into Pretoria to join Limpopo’s academy’s parent union The Blue Bulls. Molapo was part of the Blue Bulls U19 squad that took part in the 2014 U19 Provincial Championship. He played in ten games in the normal season championship scoring two tries during their win of 36-11 over their trans-Jukskei rivals Golden Lions U19 and another two scores in their win of 50-25 against Free State U19. He assisted in helping his team get to the top of the league following the regular season to get into the semi-finals. He began their semi-final match with Sharks U19 with a score of the six tries during the win of 43-20. He also began the final match against Western Province U21 in Cape Town and ended the game in defeat when the hosts came out 33-26 winners.
At the start of 2016, Molapo joined the Eastern Province Kings. Serious financial problems at the Port Elizabeth-based side saw a number of first team regulars leave the union and Molapo was among a number of youngsters that were included in their squad that competed in the 2016 Currie Cup qualification series. He was named in the starting lineup for their first match of the season against the SWD Eagles, playing the entire 80 minutes in a 14–37 defeat. He also started their second match of the season away to the Boland Cavaliers, but was once again forced off through injury.
He was selected again for the team of Limpopo during the 2013 Craven Week tournament which was held in Polokwane and scored a score in their 36-39 loss against Eastern Province Country Districts in the final match of his three games in the tournament.

Molapo was raised within Tzaneen located in Limpopo province. He was picked as a representative of his province in the Limpopo Blue Bulls in different youth levels. He was part of the team from the time he was in primary school, and Molapo was a part of the team that participated in the Under-13 Craven week tournament in 2008.
At the high school level, He played in the under-16 Grant Khomo Week held in Queenstown in the year 2011. Molapo was included in the Blue Bulls squad for the 2015 Vodacom Cup, but was not selected in any matchday squad during the competition. He played in for the Blue Bulls U21 team in the 2015 Under-21 Provincial Championship Group A, starting their first six matches of the competition. He scored tries in their victories over Eastern Province U21 and Leopards U21, but went off injured in their match against Western Province U21 and played no further part in the remainder of the competition.
