Fa’afili signed with the Warrington Wolves on 8 August 2004. He made his debut at the Warrington Wolves scoring many tries using high-cross field kicks from Lee Briers. In 97 games, he scored 73 tries for the Warrington Wolves. He was the Super League’s top try-scorer for 2007’s Super League XII. Because of salary cap restrictions, he left the Warrington Wolves at end of 2007. Fa’afili was the last player to play for the Warrington Wolves on Friday 14 September 2007 in the 34-26 win over the Salford City Reds.
Henry joined Connacht in the summer of 2011 as part of Head Coach Eric Elwood’s squad, joining fellow Samoan Ray Ofisa. He left after one season
Fa’afili also represented New Zealand at international rugby league level on numerous occasions. He scored a hat-trick against Great Britain during the Tri-Nations in 2003 at Ewood Park in Blackburn. His last appearance for New Zealand came against Great Britain at St Helens in June 2006. He represented Samoa at the 2000 World Cup. He was also capped internationally in rugby union Samoa.
