Hamza Dirani is one of the most popular and richest Racing Driver who was born on August 16, 1982 in Amman, Amman Governorate, Jordan. Hamza Dirani Hmz@ Dyrny, a Jordanian kart racing and race car driver, was born in Amman on August 16, 1982. He was also a successful kart racer in Jordan, Lebanon and Dubai. In 2005, he joined Meritus Racing in order to race in Formula BMW Asia and become the first Jordanian Formula Racing participant. All his races were won by him in the top ten. He is also an entrepreneur and started his own karting company in 2006.

Dirani was elected the nation’s official representative for Tony Kart in 2006. He founded Jordan Karting in 2007 and organized the first Tony Kart Ramadan Challenge. This was an exclusive challenge for Tony Kart drivers and consisted of three races. In both the Seniors and Junior classes, there were over 20 drivers. The business grew to include regional races. Jordan Karting, a consultant to Creative Track in KSA, organized the Saudi Federation Karting League, Riyadh. Then, the FIA World Council Race was moved to Bahrain.

Dirani was keen to share his knowledge with young drivers. Dirani Karting School was established in 2006 by Hamza Dirani, a karting champion and Jordan Speed Center to coach young drivers.

Dirani started racing in 1997 with the Polaris ATV race (All-terrain vehicle). In which Dirani won the 1st Place. He finished 2nd in the Lucky Strike Karting Race in 2000. He won several races and was awarded the “Achievement Award” for best novice rally driver at the Jordan International Rally. He participated in several international competitions in England, Lebanon, and then attended the Race of Champions in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) by Abdullah Bakhashab. Hamza returned to Karting in 2003. He won all seven races at Jordan Karting Championship. This set a new record among youth champions. He won the Jordan Karting Championship in 2004.

Dirani started formula racing in 2005. He participated in many rounds of the Formula BMW Asia championship, finishing in the top 10. Dirani also participated as a guest at the Bahrain International Circuit’s Formula Ford Championship. He also continues to compete in karting, finishing 3rd at the 2008 Middle East Karting Championship.
