Divan Rossouw is one of the most popular and richest Rugby Union Player who was born on March 12, 1996 in Windhoek, Namibia. Divan Rossouw (born 12 March 1996) is a Namibian rugby union player currently on the field in South Africa for the Bulls in Super Rugby, the Blue Bulls in the Currie Cup and the Blue Bulls XV in the Rugby Challenge. It is also a versatile back who is able to play as a winger, fullback center, scrum-half or centre.
Rossouw made the move into South Africa prior to the 2015 season to be a part of the Academy team for Pretoria-based team known as the Blue Bulls. He started 11 matches in the Blue Bulls U19 team during the 2015 Provincial Championship for Under-19 and started six games as a left winger and five as a fullback. He scored nine attempts during the tournament. Following single try in matches that were played against Eastern Province, Free State (away), Leopards, Western Province and Free State (home) He scored two tries during their game in the match against Sharks. A second try came in their regular campaign in the match against Eastern Province as the Blue Bulls ended the season in second place on the list to get a home semi-final. Rossouw scored his final goal of the season during his team’s 3029 win against Western Province U19 in the semi-finals, but he did not assist them in a victory in the final which saw Eastern Province U19 winning 25-23 in Johannesburg. Rossouw’s nine try totals meant his team was third in terms of try scorer in the Group A in the tournament, which was behind those of the Leopards’ Zweli Silaule and Rossouw’s teammate Franco Naude. Alongside his 11 appearances in the competition for under-19s, Rossouw also made two appearances with his team Blue Bulls U21 team in 2015. He scored a score in their win against the Leopards.
Rossouw was included in the Blue Bulls squad for the 2016 Currie Cup qualification series and he made his first class debut in their Round Six match against the Pumas, coming on as a replacement just after the hour mark of a 13–25 defeat. He was named the starting right winger for their next match, a 38–39 defeat to Griquas in Kimberley, before playing on the left wing against the Leopards a week later. He kicked a conversion in their 57–28 the following week, to score his first points of his senior career, as started that match at fullback. He was to remain in that position for the remainder of the competition, scoring his first senior try in a 28–23 victory over SWD Eagles and following that up with tries against the Boland Cavaliers and the team from his home country, the Welwitschias. He made a total of ten appearances as he helped the Blue Bulls to seventh place on the log. In the second half of the season, Rossouw made five starts for the Blue Bulls U21 team in the 2016 Under-21 Provincial Championship, scoring a try in their match against Free State U21 as the Blue Bulls finished third before losing 15–37 to trans-Jukskei rivals the Golden Lions in the semi-finals. Rossouw also made two appearances in the 2016 Currie Cup Premier Division, South Africa’s premier domestic competition, coming on as a replacement in matches against the Pumas and Boland Cavaliers.
He played for Namibia in 2014 at South Africa’s top competition for rugby unions for high schools the Under-18 Craven week tournament that was held in Middelburg. The player scored two goals on the outside centre during their 69-0 win against Border Country Districts in their second game, and another two tries at fullback in their final game against Zimbabwe in the final match of the tournament. He finished as Namibia’s top scorer with just one attempt behind the joint top scorers of try during the competition.

Rossouw was born in Windhoek. He was chosen to represent Namibia at the primary school , and played in the South African Under-13 Craven Week tournament at Kimberley in 2009. He started as a scrum-half and helping Namibia win in their game against Zimbabwe.
