Ching Hai Biography

Ching Hai is one of the most popular and richest Religious Leader who was born on May 12, 1950 in Quảng Ngãi, Vietnam. Ching Hai was born to an Vietnamese mother as well as a Chinese father on May 12, 1950, in a tiny village located in Quang Ngai Province of Vietnam. After 1969, Ching Hai started an affair with an German scientist. They were married, but they parted ways after two years, deciding to concentrate on spirituality. She was introduced to the Buddhist monastery monk from Germany who she stayed with for three years, however the monastery he was in barred from females. She then moved to India to learn about different religions.

By 1996, several thousand residents of China were practitioners of the method. The Chinese government claimed that the organization’s beliefs and activities were fundamentally “anti-communist” and called the group a “reactionary religious organization”. In 2002, the manager of the Wuhan Zhongzhi Electric Testing Equipment Company was accused by the Chinese authorities of using the business as a cover to “support heresies” associated with the Quan Yin method. The enterprise supported thirty practitioners who “masqueraded as employees and business associates.” The manager was charged with using the company’s offices and buildings as “retreat sites”, organizing “initiations” and “screenings” to recruit members, and illegally printing and distributing more than 6,000 copies of heretical texts.

Korean Dahnhak Qigong expert Kim Tae-young, the author of the well-known Leading Experience guidebooks (in Korean) that have been released in 102 volumes since 1990. Kim Tae-young has written In Leading Experience vol 37 (1997) that Quan Chi (concentrating on Chi) and Quan Nian (observing concepts) are more commonly used terms than Quan Yin (observation that the internal vibratory). Kim was at the time one of Hai’s initiates in his “Convenient Method” explains “Quan Yin is the art of listening to sound in a literal sense. It’s not just the basic vibration of matter that heard from the outside, but rather the most profound inner sound that comes from the true self and the truth”. In relation to Hai’s Master lineage Kim said: Ching Hai rarely speaks about her Master Khuda Jin.
