He played in 12 games with the Leopards U19 squad in the 2015 Provincial Championships for Under-19 and started five games at inside centre as well as five outside centre, and two as a fullback. He scored tries in the games against Eastern Province U19, Sharks U19 and Western Province U19 and also made 14 conversions and scored three penalties, totalling 52 points. This was the second-highest score for an Leopards player, and the 10th overall in Group A of the tournament.
