Elm was recruited to Kalmar FF from Falkenbergs FF prior to the 2006 season in which Elm’s youngest brother Rasmus was a player, and towards the end of the season, his older brother David was also a player his brother David to Falkenbergs FF. On the 9th of April, 2007, they became the first group of siblings to play simultaneously with a single team in Allsvenskan which is something all five Nordahl brothers could not achieve.
