In October 1999, the Radzinski was invited to play for the Canada the national squad by head coach Holger Osieck. Prior to moving to Canada Radzinski started his career as a young player playing for Cuiavia Inowroclaw within his home country of Poland as well as the German club VfL Osnabruck. He was a member of the North York Rockets of the Canadian Soccer League in 1990 and was with the team until the end of the league in 1992 until the final year of the club playing within the National Soccer League (NSL) in 1993. He played during that summer season of 1994 for his club, the St. Catharines Wolves (of the same league, which was later renamed The Canadian National Soccer League).
Radzinski returned back to Europe and joined Germinal Ekeren in Belgium in 1994. Then he was joined Belgian giants Anderlecht who scored 57 goals in his 90 appearances , including five UEFA Champions League strikes in the final season of his stay playing for the Belgian champions. He then moved to Everton for an estimated PS4.5 million, which was the most expensive transfer fee for an Canadian at the time.
At Everton, Radziński scored 25 times in 91 Premiership outings before requesting a transfer, eventually securing a three-year deal with Fulham F.C. worth £1.75 million. Radzinski wasn’t as prolific at Fulham as he was in his previous side, but won over the fans with several crucial goals. Radzinski was released at the end of the 2006–07 season by new manager Lawrie Sanchez, totalling 17 goals in 117 appearances.
