Thomas Guldborg Christensen is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on January 20, 1984 in Bagsværd, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark. Thomas Guldborg Christensen (born 20 January 1984) is a retired Danish footballer who was a defensive player.
The year 2012 was the time he made the move to another country to the United States for the first time of his career. He signed with Hammarby IF in the Swedish Superettan. He joined up with old teammate Mikael Rynell from the Stockholm-based club. He quickly established himself as a regular player in the center back position as well as being part of an impressive promotion campaign to Allsvenskan in 2014. Guldborg Christensen signed another one-year- contract with the club in November of that year.
However, he left the club by mutual consent in May 2015, failing to make a single appearance for “Bajen” in Allsvenskan. He immediately signed a short time-deal with the Icelandic club Valur, competing in the Úrvalsdeild.
On 7 December 2017, Guldborg Christensen announced his retirement to instead work for the Danish Football Association as a coordinator for the youth national teams.
The club was rebranded as HB Koge in 2009 where He played on an everyday. Guldborg Christensen was made the captain of the team in the year 2010.

Up to 20 years old, He played for his local team Akademisk Boldklub, where he in 2001 made his debut as a senior player with the Danish Superliga. In the course of his time there, he earned numerous cap for Danish young national teams. In 2004 He signed an agreement for Viborg FF.
On July 1, 2006 he signed with Vejle on a contract of two years. However, just a year after that the first of January 2007 he was in on loan at Herfolge which he later signed for a permanent contract.
Guldborg Christensen returned to his native country in August 2015, signing a two year-contract with Lyngby BK in the Danish second tier.
