Tetsuya Hibino (Ri Bi Ye Zhe Ye , Hibino Tetsuya) (born 10 April 1974, Aichi) is a Japanese professional drifter, currently racing on the D1 Grand Prix series for SunRise and Aion.

In 2010, he landed the sponsorship from UPGARAGE together with his primary sponsor DRoo-P This also required the changing of his livery to yellow and grey. He won his second time at Rd.5 in Ebisu in the finals to Ken Nomura in the finals. It was a revenge game because Ken Nomura had been a winner his first race at Rd.3 in Ebisu during the season of 2004. Then he began to compete in Drift Muscle races started by Keiichi Tsuchiya starting in 2011. He is driving his Nissan Silvia S15 instead of the AE86 in the Drift Muscle series.

In 2013, he earned his third win at Rd.5 in Huis Ten Bosch. This was also the first victory for a Toyota 86 in the series

At 2015, He started to drive Toyota Supra and changed to Zestino Tyre. He entered RDS in Russia and won all championship during this year. He also won championship D1 PRIMRING GP in Russia. Hibino’s result was 2nd place at D1GP Rd.6 and D1GP WORLD CHAMPIONS. He started to join drift race in China from

He switched to the DRoo-P’s AE85 that Toshiki Yoshioka was driving up to the middle of 2008 to the new DRoo-P SC430. The AE85 was significantly modified, with a an entirely new exterior design as well as matte black. He won his first race on Rd.3 in Okayama with Daigo Saito. He was fifth overall on the’ ranking.
