Dimitrievski was the first option for Rabotnicki for the 2011-12 season and also played for the team in the UEFA Europa League. On August 23, 2011, Dimitrievski signed a deal to join Italian Serie A side Udinese The contract only becoming effective in December.

After representing Macedonia at under-17, under-19 and under-21 levels, Dimitrievski made his full international debut on 12 November 2015, starting in a 4–1 friendly routing of Montenegro at the Philip II Arena.

On 16 August 2016, Dimitrievski signed a two-year deal with Segunda División side Gimnàstic de Tarragona, mainly as a cover to injured Manolo Reina. He made his debut for the Catalans on 7 September in the second round of the Copa del Rey, a 1–0 extra-time win at home to CD Numancia.

The 30th of December, 2011, Dimitrievski was lent by Cadiz CF. He only played with the reserve team in Tercera Division and moved to another reserve team, Granada CF B in the summer of 2012. On the 12th of October, 2013 he was one of the team’s three players to be dismissed in a 2-1 defeat at Atletico Sanluqueno FC for their year’s Segunda Division B.
