Shane Millard (born 30 July 1975) is an Australian former professional footballer who played during the 1990s and the 2000s. In his playing career, Millard played with Super League sides London Broncos, Widnes Vikings, Leeds Rhinos and Wigan Warriors as well as becoming a household name within the NRL with Sydney Roosters, Souths and St George Illawarra. The majority of his career was played as a hooker.
Millard was a player with the Thirroul Butchers during the 2009 Illawarra cricket league. In 2010, Shane lives at Wollongong, NSW Australia with his wife and three daughters.
In 2019, Millard became the head coach of the South Sydney, Canterbury Cup NSW side. On 6 May, Millard was selected as the coach for the Canterbury Cup NSW residents side to play against the Queensland residents representative team.
Following a shoulder issue during the season of 2007 Millard took the decision to quit the rugby league following his help in getting Wigan to make it to the semi-finals in the Super League play offs.

He was a player in the Widnes Vikings in the span of three seasons before the club was cut off in 2004 and Shane joined Leeds Rhinos to provide back in place of Matt Diskin. The end of 2006 saw Shane was let go of Leeds. He was released from Leeds and, in December of 2006 it was revealed that he was signed for Wigan Warriors on a 2-year agreement.
In 2004, Millard played a match in 2004 for Widnes with a shard of tooth inserted into his head following a head-on collision in the first half his teammate Castleford Tigers’ Dean Ripley.
In 2018, Millard was announced as the new head coach of the North Sydney Bears. At the end of the 2018 season, Millard was released as North Sydney coach and replaced by former Norths player Jason Taylor.
