Sara Hurtado (born 3 November 1992) is a Spanish ice dancer. Together with Kirill Khaliavin, Sara was an 2017 Rostelecom Cup Silver medalist, as well as both 2017 and the 2019 Spanish National Champion. They placed 12th at the 2017 Winter Olympics and are the first Spanish Ice dancers to step on the Grand Prix podium.

Hurtado began skating in 2001. Her mother enrolled her for classes when an ice skating rink was built near. She played in singles, but was drawn to dancing on ice when Adria Diaz invited her to go to the summer camp of the Spanish Federation (FEDH) together with French instructor Romain Haguenauer. Hurtado told the camp, “We begged the Federation for two years, please, please, we want to do ice dance.” In the beginning of the year 2008 FEDH appointed British trainer John Dunn to teach ice dancing in Madrid.

Hurtado/Díaz moved to London, England, in mid-2011 after Dunn accepted a coaching job in his native country. In November, they competed at their first- ever Grand Prix event, the 2011 Trophée Éric Bompard, where they placed 8th (last). In December 2011, they ended their relationship with Dunn and relocated to Montreal, Quebec, Canada, to train under Marie-France Dubreuil and Patrice Lauzon.

With her previous skating partner, Adrián Díaz, Hurtado won six senior international medals and five Spanish national titles. They skated in the final segment at the 2014 Winter Olympics, finishing 13th, and at eleven ISU Championships, achieving their best result (5th) at the 2015 European Championships.
