Ruben Kosemyan is one of the most popular and richest Violinist who was born on September 9, 1973 in Yerevan, Armenia. He began playing violin at the age of 4 under the tutelage of his father Alexander Kosemyan, a violinist with the State Komitas quartet, and Tatyana Hayrapetyan of Special Music School after Tchaikovsky. He began playing Mendelssohn violin concertos and Mozart concertos at the age of nine. Ruben was a member of the “Palace of Congresses”, based in Moscow, a year later. He moved to Moscow in 1987 to continue his musical education with Maya Glezarova, the Moscow State Conservatory.

- He continued his work there until 2010. Kosemyan is a Canadian musician who has lived in Canada since 2010. He’s managed a group professional musicians to perform live and record classical, romantic, and some modern music.
In 2020, in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation, the first collection of transcriptions for violin and piano by Ruben Kosemyan was published by “Music Planet” Publishing House. The release was dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Armenian priest, musicologist, composer, arranger, singer, and choirmaster Komitas, and includes the transcriptions of works by Komitas, as well as F. Liszt, P. Tchaikovsky, S. Rachmaninoff. The collection and piano part edited by pianist Natalya Mnatsakanyan.
Kosemyan established the Piano Trio in 2005. He was presented with a Gold medal by the “Composers Union of Armenia” on October 31, 2007.
