Radostin Kishishev is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on July 30, 1974 in Burgas, Bulgaria. Radostin Kishishev (Bulgarian : Radostin Kishishiev; born 30 July 1974 in Bulgari) is an ex-footballer from Bulgaria and is currently the director of Chernomorets 1919’s youth/U19 coaching program.
Kishishev began to lose interest in the first team after Curbishley quit The Valley in 2006. In January 2007, he made his final appearance for Charlton. He was then loaned to Leeds United, a struggling Championship team. Kishishev impressed many during his brief time at Leeds. He was named man of the match in his debut against Sheffield Wednesday. Although his arrival at Elland Road coincided well with Leeds’s best run of results, it was too late for the club to avoid relegation to League One. Leeds wanted Kishishev to be signed permanently this summer, but they were put into administration and a transfer embargo was placed on them. Kishishev then had to search elsewhere.
Out of contract, Kishishev joined Leicester City of the Championship in June 2007 on a free transfer, signing a two-year contract. A succession of managerial changes, however, meant he was considered surplus to requirements at the Walkers Stadium. In all, he made seven league appearances for Leicester as they were relegated at the end of the season. Kishishev was retained by incoming manager Nigel Pearson for the first half of the 2008–09 season, acting as a translator for teammate and fellow countryman Aleksandar Tunchev, and inheriting the number 7 shirt worn by outgoing Iain Hume. On 19 December 2008, Kishishev’s contract was cancelled by mutual consent having only played one game.
Kishishev was part of the Bulgarian national team that qualified for Euro 96 and the 1998 FIFA World Cup. On 5 September 2009, he scored his first international goal in a World Cup qualifier against Montenegro, tying the scoring in the 4–1 home win.
Charlton Athletic, a newly promoted English Premier League team, purchased Kishishev in the summer 2000. Kishishev was initially used as a right back but manager Alan Curbishley made him move to the midfield position, where he would become “The Legend That is Kish”, as supporters call him. He was a constant presence during Charlton’s seven year stint in the Premier League. His reputation as a hard worker and a warrior earned him a high ranking position on the team’s statistics system, Pro Zone. Kishishev was a Charlton player who scored two goals, both in 2002/03. He was a local hero for his goals against West Ham. Everton.

Between 1997 and 1998, he was a central midfielder for Turkish side Bursaspor with Kostadin Vidolov, another Bulgarian footballer. He was reunited with Litex Lovech in Bulgaria, where he won the title of the Bulgarian league in 1998 and 1999. He was ineligible to play in two Litex games during the 1997-98 APF season – an away fixture against PFC Valbazhd Kyustendil, and a home fixture vs. Levski Sofia. This was due to him not having been properly registered after his transfer from Bursaspor. However, Lovech’s team won their first title despite three defeats.
Kishishev won 88 caps for Bulgaria and represented them at Euro 96 as well as the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
He was loaned out again to Leeds, Kishishev got an injury very early in his loan, so missed several games, and when he played he struggled for fitness and did not impress like he did in his first loan spell. Manager Dennis Wise’s departure in early 2008 ended his second spell at Elland Road with Leeds deciding not to renew his loan spell.
