Otto Addo (born 9 June 1975 in Hamburg, West Germany) is a manager and scout as well as a former Ghanaian German footballer who was a player for Ghana internationally. On September 24, 2003, Addo’s future was in danger when he injured his nagging right knee three times, in Dortmund’s 1-1 UEFA Cup victory over Austria Vienna. He was in the starting line-up but was substituted after only 38 minutes.
On 9 August 2007, Addo signed a three-year contract with hometown Hamburger SV, initially alternating with the reserves and the first team. While at Hamburg, Addo revealed his Hamburger goals in an interview with HSVLIVE, also addressing other topics.

Dortmund lost 3-1 in the Feijenoord Stadion in Rotterdam. On September 7, 2002 Addo ruptured his knee ligaments again, during an 2003 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Uganda In Kampala.

Addo began his career in the year 1991 in Hamburg but was unable to impress there. Then he transferred towards Hannover 96 in the Regionalliga Nord (third German league). However, he played well enough to earn a nomination for the Ghanaian squad who appeared at the 2006 World Cup.
