After leading Mannheim with 17 goals during the 2010-11 season of football, Glumac was resigned to a 1-year contract on May 11, 2011.

Glumac signed a contract to the Montreal Canadiens in July 2008, and was then sent to the AHL affiliate, the Hamilton Bulldogs. In July 2010, it was announced that Glumac had signed a contract with the Montreal Canadiens and was sent to affiliate, the Hamilton Bulldogs in the AHL. Kassel suddenly folded and Glumac was released. He was signed to another tryout with the Straubing Tigers. Glumac was unsuccessful with the Tigers and he moved on to Alder Mannheim DEL club. He signed a one year contract on October 12, 2010.

Before turning professional, Glumac was a hockey player at Miami University from 1998 to 2002. Glumac was a member the Pee Dee Pride Mike Glumac’s 2002-03 All-Rookie Team. He also received the Reebok Hockey Plus Performer Award.

On May 24, 2013, after three seasons with Mannheim, Glumac joined newly promoted Croatian club, KHL Medveščak of the KHL on an initial one-year contract.
