Jukka Pekka Kskisalo (born 27 March in 1981) is an Finnish athlete who competes in the 3000 m steeplechase as well as 1500 meters. He was the winner of the steeplechase in 3000 m during the 2006 European Championships in Athletics in Gothenburg and was an Olympian in 2012.

In 2009, Keskisalo was able to break his best time twice prior to his participation in the World Championships in Berlin; first, a time of 8:15.59 in the third place finish at the Golden League event Meeting Areva in Paris followed by in the same event, he ran 8:12.93 during the Super Grand Prix event Herculis in Monaco. In the World Championships steeplechase final Keskisalo was able to record his best time on the world stage, finishing eighth in an average times of 8:14.47. On August 28, Keskisalo had broken Tapio Kantanen’s age-old Finnish record when he finished sixth with a time of 8:10.67 during Weltklasse Zurich. Keskisalo separated from coach Ulmala following this season. The current head coach Ismo Hamalainen was announced October 2009. Hamalainen is most well-known from cross country skiing . He had been a coach in Germany on sprint skis a few months before.

In 2007, Keskisalo was injured again. In 2008, he competed for an Olympic spot and was chosen for the Olympics however, he suffered an injury within a couple of days of the event and was in a position to participate. In the fall, it was confirmed that Risto Ulmala would be replacing Tommy Ekblom as his coach.
