Johan Hammar is one of the most popular and richest Swedish footballer who was born on February 22, 1994 in Malmö Municipality, Sweden. Per Johan Gustav Hammar (born 22 February 1994) is a Swedish professional footballer who is a player with BK Hacken as a defender.

In his first season at the club Hammar was disappointed to find his chances in the first team were limited as center-backs Filip Helander and Erik Johansson were preferred. This meant that Hammar often played in the reserve team for the remainder of the season. After Johansson’s injury Hammar was granted a couple of first team games throughout July, until his return from injury. The season progressed Hammar played in the first team on three occasions, only to be exiled in the final fixture of the campaign after a 2-1 defeat against Atvidabergs. The end this season he played seven games in the league for the club and played in three qualifying games to play in the 2014-15 UEFA Champions League.

On 18 June 2013 Hammar signed a six months contract with his youth club Malmö FF, where he will join the club on 1 July 2013. Prior to his move to Malmö FF, Hammar was linked with a move to Italian clubs before joining them in favour of his hometown club instead.

At the end of the 2012–13 season, without making a first team appearances, Hammar was released on 7 June 2013.

The birthplace of Hammar was Malmo, Sweden, Hammar played for the two clubs for youth throughout Sweden as Bunkeflo I and Malmo FF before joining Premier League club Everton at the age of Malmo FF in July 2010 and signing a full- time student scholarship with the club. In February of 2011, Hammar signed his first professional contract with Everton. After a year at the club’s academy Hammar was able to make the Everton U21 debut and played throughout the game, the 4-2 victory over Blackburn Rovers U21 on 16 January 2012.

After playing with Sweden U17 at the age of 17, Hammar was a regular in the Sweden U19s. Hammar was then able to put on an impressive display in the match against Finland U19, which earned him Men of the Match honors on 15 August 2012, and also scoring his debut Sweden U19 goals on the 10th of October 2012, during an 3-0 win against Wales U19. Hammar continued to make 13 appearances, scoring once for the Sweden U19.

Hammar made his debut for the club in the Scanian derby against Helsingborgs IF away at Olympia on 25 September 2013. On 9 December 2013, Hammar signed a new three-year contract with the club.
