Herbert Nitsch is one of the most popular and richest Aircraft Pilot who was born on April 20, 1970 in Vienna, Austria. Herbert Nitsch, an Austrian freediver, was born 20 April 1970. He holds world records in each of the eight freediving disciplines recognized by AIDA International. He is currently the freediving world champion and “the depthst man on Earth”. He was awarded this title when he set a world-record in the “No Limits”, freediving discipline, at a depth of 214m (702 feet). He has 33 World Records in freediving, including one in Skandalopetra 107m (351 feet). In June 2012, he exceeded his No Limits dive depth by diving to 253.2 meters (831 feet), and suffered injury.
Nitsch holds the No Limits record. This title is the title of “Deepest Man on Earth”. The diver uses a weighted ski to descend as far and then returns to the surface using an inflatable balloon. In Spetses (Greece), Nitsch set the world record for diving to 214m (702ft). This beat his previous record of 183m (606ft) in 2006. The Constant Weight event is also his world record. This discipline, which many consider to be the best free-diving discipline, requires that the diver descend next to a line without using the line or unaided by any sled and must keep a constant weight. Nitsch broke the 2006 world record by diving to 110m (361ft) deep. However, he failed to adhere to the time-limits for surfacing and was disqualified. He did a Constant Weight World Record Dive of 111m (364ft) in Hurghada (Egypt) in December 2006. This was 2 meters more than Guillaume Nery’s previous record.
During his very last competition before retiring from competitive freediving in April 2010 at Vertical Blue, again at the Dean’s Blue Hole in Bahamas, Nitsch set another three world records. He landed two subsequent ones in Free Immersion at 114 m (374 ft) and 120 m (394 ft), and a world record in Constant Weight at 124 m (407 ft).
In 2012, Nitsch returned to the “No Limits” category in the waters off Santorini, Greece, with a project labeled “Extreme 800”, aiming for a depth of 244 m (801 ft).
He also set the Constant Weight (No Fins), record in 2007 at The Triple Depth in Dahab in Egypt. The Constant record was then increased to 112m (367ft) during World Championships Sharm. Herbert won the AIDA Individual World Championships.
