Faisal Antar is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on December 20, 1978 in Freetown, Western Area, Sierra Leone. Faisal Antar (Arabic: fySl `ntr ; born on December 20, 1978) is a Lebanese former footballer who was a defensive player. He spent his entire career as a player in the Lebanese Premier League, for Tadamon Sour, Olympic Beirut, Nejmeh and Mabarra.
After three years with Tadamon, Antar moved to Nejmeh in the summer of 2005. This was following the completion of a week-long trial held in January 2005 with Scottish Club Rangers. In his first season with Nejmeh, Antar won the 2005 Lebanese Elite Cup.
Antar was also a member of his Lebanese national team in the 2000 AFC Asian Cup, which he was a part of for the national team since 1998 until 2007. Faisal Antar is brother to former player Roda Antar. In June of 2010, Antar announced his retirement and became a Hall Inductee in the Lebanese Football Association.

Antar played for Lebanon U21 at the end of 1999 during a game in the Czech Republic. Czech Republic. Antar made his first international first appearance for Lebanon on September 27, 1998, during the 1998 Arab Nations Cup; Lebanon was defeated 4-1 by Saudi Arabia. Antar’s debut international goal came on April 25, 2001 in a friendly game against the Philippines and he was able to help Lebanon to win 3-1. Antar played 36 times for Lebanon scoring four times between 1998 and 2007.
Antar began his career with Lebanese Premier League side Tadamon Sour during the 1998-99 campaign. Antar was instrumental in helping Tadamon achieve their very first Lebanese FA Cup, in 2000-01, when they beat Ansar by 2-1 during the championship. In 2002, Antar relocated towards Olympic Beirut, winning the domestic double (league and cup) during his first season in Beirut (2002-03).
In 2007, Antar moved to Mabarra, with whom he won the club’s first FA Cup title (2007–08). In 2009 Antar returned to Tadamon Sour, where he remained until 2010, after which he decided to retire from football. In 2011 he withdrew his decision to retire, and played two games for Tadamon during the 2011–12 season.
