His family introduced him music when he was four when he began learning to play drums.Later at the age of 12 the musician began to compose his first songs . Over the years, he learned how to play keyboards, pianos as well as electric and acoustic guitars as well as bass guitar and drums through self-education. Then, he began to explore modern-day singing. The first time he collaborated with a major artist was when his compositions were selected to be performed by Silvia Mezzanotte (lead singer of Matia Bazar) to be included in her album solo “Lunatica” in 2008. On the 10th of June, 2014 Emilio Munda publishes his song “Un mondo piu vero” as the fourth track on the album “A passi piccoli” by Michele Bravi, winner of the seventh edition of X-Factor Italy.
In the summer 2015 he was also artistic producer, author and composer of the single “C’è ancora tempo” performed by Davide Mogavero, frequently aired on the radio after the singer’s participation at the 14th edition of the Italian talent show Amici di Maria De Filippi.
On 11 May 2015 the Sky Italia show “Parole che restano” presented by Stefano Accorsi makes use of musical themes composed by Munda himself.
From 2013 Munda is collaborating with Italian recording label Sugar Music. In 2014, Emilio Munda’s track “Puoi scegliere” was chosen by The Voice of Italy finalist as well as Sanremo participants Veronica De Simone to be included in her album “Ti presento Maverick”. Then, a brand new album/collection of Francesco Renga, named “The Platinum Collection” was released. It included two tracks made by Munda himself.

Emilio Munda (born 14 January 1982 in Fermo) is an Italian composer music producer, arranger, composer, and producer. Reclaim the podium of the 69th Sanremo Festival as an author and music composer for the song Musica which is still for the collective Il Volo.
In 2010, Emilio Munda won an international songwriting contest hosted by the singer Francesco Renga. After winning the singer offered him an exclusive 3-year contract to collaborate alongside Renga himself. Munda’s original tracks were released in the Renga’s “Un giorno bellissimo” album. The track was awarded gold during the 2010 Wind Music Awards. One of Emilio’s tracks, “Di sogni e illusioni” was also featured within “Fermoimmagine Deluxe”, Renga’s first-ever hits compilation, made available following the singer’s part in the the 62nd Sanremo edition.
On 31 August 2015 “Dear Jack” performed “Le strade del mio tempo” in a duo with the Italian rapper Briga at the Arena di Verona. The event was broadcast on RTL 102.5 TV and watched by 6.7 million viewers.
