Craig Stephen Minetto (born April 25 1954) is an American former professional baseball player. Minetto played in a portion of four seasons of Major League Baseball from 1978 until 1981 with the Oakland Athletics.
Minetto continued to appear in 55 games with Oakland during four seasons. He later being transferred into his former team, the Baltimore Orioles organization, pitching for the team’s affiliate Rochester Red Wings from 1982 until 1983. He was traded to the Baltimore Orioles in November 1983. made a trade for Bobby Sprowl to the Houston Astros for Bobby Sprowl and ended his career at AAA Tucson Toros in the 1984 season.

The first time he was selected for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1972 In the second season the following year, Minetto was not signed. Instead the team enrolled him at San Joaquin Delta College for two years. Then, he was admitted in the amateur market by Montreal Expos in 1974. Montreal Expos in 1974, however, he only pitched for one season as a farm player before being removed.
Unable to find work for himself in American sports, Minetto signed with the Fortitudo Baseball Bologna, a professional team that was based in Bologna, Italy and sponsored by Grappa del Cannonier. He pitched for them for a year, and then went back to the United States, where he was given an minor league contract with the Athletics prior to his 1977 campaign.
