Collins Tanor is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on January 4, 1998 in Ghana. Collins Tanor (born 4 January 1998 in Brong Ahafo, Ghana) is a Ghanaian footballer who is a central midfielder in the English club Manchester City.

For the season 2016-17 Tanor played the entire match, as the club defeated AB Taarnby 4-1 in the second round of the Danish Cup. But, Tanor played only two matches at the start of the 2016/17 season , as an alternate, because of digestive issues. He was diagnosed with sports hernias in his stomach and was out for 6 months after an operation. He completed his rehabilitation in Manchester and then returned to Denmark for a second time. When he returned on April 17, 2017, he started playing for the U19 team. He was, for instance, with the U19 team in Dusseldorf in the middle of an informal tournament. It wasn’t until 29 May 2017 that he returned in the team, appearing as a substitute in the second half winning 2-1 against Brondby IF on the last game of the league’s Championship round.

Tanor made his KFCO Beerschot Wilrijk debut, where he came on as a substitute later in the second-half, as they drew 1-1 against Oud-Heverlee Leuven on 16 February 2018.

In the 2017-18 season, Tanor started out playing in the reserve side for the most of the first half of the season and struggled to make a breakthrough in the first team. As a result, on 31 January 2018, FCN terminated the loan deal with midfielder.

On January 28, 2016 it was revealed that Tanor had signed a year long loan agreement with Danish Superliga side FC Nordsjaelland. He began his first five months with the club and played for the reserve team.

Originating from Brong-Ahafo in Ghana, Tanor started out at the Right to Dream Academy since signing a student-athlete’s scholarship in the age group of. In his time in the Academy, Collins captained the Ghana U17s which led the team to a four-nation championship win in 2014. He also led his RtD Academy U18s to a second consecutive victory during the Gothia Cup in Sweden. in 2014 Tanor participated for the Al Kass U17 International Cup in Qatar alongside Manchester City U17.

On 31 August 2018, Hobro IK announced, that they had signed Tanor on a loan- contract for the rest of the season.
