Bad Nurse Nakamura is one of the most popular and richest Japanese professional wrestler who was born on February 1, 1974 in Osaka, Japan. After having dropped out of the high school in which she was enrolled, Rie Nakamura joined the Frontier Martial Arts Wrestling Dojo in which she was taught with Tarzan Goto and Megumi Kudo. Her debut was on the 22nd of December the 22nd of December, 1990 on FMW’s debut all-female show. defeating Keiko Iwami who also had her own debut. After having paid her bills for 2 years, the actress began to rise up the ranks. From August 1993 onwards, she was popular for her role as Nurse Nakamura, portraying a sweet registered nurse. The first time she was paired with an ex- IWE veterans Mr. Chin, who was regularly wrestling in comedy contests for FMW because of his diabetes. Chin would (kayfabe) aid in the examination of Chin’s medical condition.
Outside of pro-wrestling, Nakamura has been running an hotel in Osaka since April of 2008.
After retirement, Nakamura remained active in professional wrestling. She was a trainer in 2001. worked as an instructor for a portion of Oz Academy. The year 2004, she became an assistant manager at Kensuke Office. She also served as an instructor for Osaka Joshi Puroresu. She was a key player in coaching Sawako Shinmono.

On February 15, 1995 Nakamura became a part of the Shark Tsuchiya’s Mad Dog Military, turning heel and becoming Bad Nurse Nakamura (the nickname was inspired from Bad News Allen). After turning heel, she began wearing Kumadori paint and wore an oversized Kimono. On March 30 1995, she defeated Megumi Kudo, in a final game to take the unification FMW Women’s Championship. She held onto the title for more than an entire month, only to lose the title in a match against Kudo in May. After a year and half of fighting with Kudo and Kudo, she left FMW in August 1996. Mad Dog Military in August 1996, changed her face as well as changed her name Rie (stylized with capitals in every letter). It was not much impact since her change, and at the end of 1998 she quit FMW after almost eight years of service with the company.
After quitting FMW after which she began to work as freelancer and alternated with the Bad Nurse Nakamura and Rie personas as she wished. She wrestled in the name of Gaea Japan, Oz Academy, NEO Ladies, and Onita Pro. But a back injury caused Nakamura to quit in June of 2000.
