Stergiadu was conceived in Tashkent (Uzbek SSR), Soviet Union on 5 Oct 1972. She was born in Russia and lived there until she became a coach in Skelleftea in Sweden in 2006. In September 2012, she married Lennart Erinder in Skelleftea.
In the 1992-93 season, Stergiadu/Razgulajevs began representing Uzbekistan. They were awarded a silver medal at 1992 Piruetten, Hamar and placed tenth at 1993 World Championships in Prague.
Stergiadu began skating at age five. She competed in the Soviet Union’s Junior Championships with Juris Razgulajevs early in her career. They won the 1991 World Junior Championships in Budapest under Natalia Linichuk, Moscow.

Aliki Stergiadu, born 5 October 1972, is an ex-competitive ice dancer. She was the 1991 World Junior Champion with Juris Razgulajevs of the Soviet Union.
Stergiadu/Razgulajevs moved up to the senior level in the 1991-92 season. They decided to compete as Latvians after the Soviet Union was disintegrated. They finished tenth in the 1992 World Championships held in Oakland, California.
They were awarded bronze at the 1993 NHK Trophy in Chiba, Japan. In February 1994, Stergiadu/Razgulajevs competed at the Winter Olympics in Lillehammer and finished 13th. Their last competition together was the 1994 World Championships in Chiba, where they placed 11th.
