Zaza Rusadze, a Georgian film-maker who lives in Berlin and Tbilisi (German: zaza rusaz’e ; 24 May 1977, Tbilisi, Georgia), is a filmmaker. He is a member the Georgian artist group Goslab.
Rusadze was a participant in Binger Filmlab’s postgraduate program in Amsterdam from 2006 to 2007. He wrote A Fold of my Blanket for a future film.
In March 2010 he was granted the Nipkow scholarship in Berlin, to complete the screen-play for A Fold of my Blanket. In summer 2011 the shooting for his first fiction feature film begun. Rusadze changed the title to A Fold in My Blanket.
February 2013 the film opened the Panorama’s main program of 63rd Berlinale. In Summer 2014 it was released on DVD.
Rusadze was a documentary film director at HFF in 2003.
