Naimy began his professional career in 2003 with Hapoel Jeruslaem. He won the ULEB Cup (now EuroCup) championship with Hapoel Jeruslaem. He played in the 2005-06 season with Maccabi Rosh HaAiyn, the Israeli Liga Leumit 2nd Division Liga Leumit. Between 2005-2007, Naimy was a Maccabi Givat Shmuel player. He played with Ironi Ashkelon during the 2007-08 season. In 27 games, he averaged 14.4 point per game.
He returned to Hapoel Jerusalem in 2008 and Haaretz called him “one of Jerusalem’s most talented players”. He led Hapoel Jerusalem to the Winner Cup in 2008-09, 2009-10, and the Israeli Super League Final Four in 2009-10.
On August 6, 2013, Naimy signed a three-year contract with the Israeli team Maccabi Tel Aviv. However, on December 10, 2013, Naimy parted ways with Maccabi and joined Hapoel Eilat for the rest of the season.
