In his final year with Ulster, Faloon played in 16 games within the league. The competition was named The Pro 12, as Ulster was ranked at the sixth position. For the season 2012-2013 Heineken Cup, Faloon played five times, with four of those appearances being as a substitute. Faloon was on the bench to face Leinster during the championship game.
