Todd Lowber (born January 26 1982) is an ex-gridiron football receiver. He played most recently for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was accepted to the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent in the year 2007. He was also part of the New York Giants, Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins. He was awarded the Super Bowl ring as a participant on the Giants practice squad during Super Bowl XLII. He did not play in college football, but he was a college basketball player as well as a High Jump champion.

Following his having signed to the Argonauts, Lowber was signed by the Dallas Cowboys on July 28 in 2008. His effort to join the Cowboys was filmed for the HBO series Hard Knocks: Training Camp alongside The Dallas Cowboys. In August of this year, Lowber was waived from the Cowboys in the final cuts.

He was signed to the New York Giants practice squad in September 2007. He was released by the team on June 23, 2008.

Lowber re-signed with the Toronto Argonauts on June 7, 2009. On June 14, 2009, Lowber suffered a concussion after being hit by Chris Jennings and Doug Goldsby of the Montreal Alouettes while returning a kick in the team’s first pre-season game. Lowber lay on the field for 15 minutes before getting carted away. He was released on June 23, 2009.

Lowber was assigned to the practice team for the Miami Dolphins on November 10 on the 10th of November in 2008. After completing the season on the practice squad Lowber was signed by the Dolphins on January 5 in 2009. He was released on June 1, 2009.

Lowber has played for basketball two years in Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey as a guard and also won in 2006 the NCAA Division III men’s high jump. Prior to his transfer from Ramapo, Lowber played two seasons at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
