In March 2011, he was signed by Worksop Town, before moving back to Goole AFC for the third time in the month of October. In July 2012, he joined Frickley Athletic. In the summer of 2013, the club moved him to Bottesford Town. On the 20th of July, 2017, he was back at Goole for the fourth time. In December of 2018, he was named as the club’s joint manager along with Matty Bloor.

The player made his permanent transfer to the Conference after the club was signed by Northwich Victoria in August 2006 and concluded the 2006-07 season by playing in 21 games. Barwick was recruited by the former Northwich director Steve Burr at Stalybridge Celtic in June. Barwick had been released by Celtic following the end of the 2008-09 season and subsequently signed for Northern Premier League side Retford United. On December 9, 2009 Barwick was signed by Goole A.F.C. before moving on to Droylsden. In the summer of 2010, He returned and joined Goole AFC.

Sheffield born Barwick was a member of the ranks of youth at Scunthorpe United and was added to the squad of the first team in the closing month of the 1999-2000 campaign. He made his debut during the club’s 2-1 defeat in the league against Burnley in the 46th minute when he was brought on in the 46th minute to replace Justin Walker. Although he played only in a brief role during his five seasons at Glanford Park, he was loved by the fans of the club. He learned how to play under the first-team director Brian Laws and his assistant Russ Wilcox. Barwick was born to the same youth team that included Matthew Sparrow and Andy Butler and , like the two and other players that make it through the United’s youth ranks Barwick performed well enough to remain in the United fold for a long time. His achievements resulted in him receiving a one-year contract , both in May 2003 and in 2004. Barwick would only be able to play one game for the club during the promotion-winning season of 2004-05 and at the conclusion of the season, he had been declared not enough and dismissed from the team.

Barwick did, however, play for The Mariners in their 1-0 League Cup victory over Tottenham Hotspur. Barwick was unable to settle down at Grimsby with some supporters. been a bit harsh because he played for of a rival club Scunthorpe and that his performances were not exceptional did not help his cause. This led to Slade the chance to lend him to Conference National side York City in November 2005. In the three appearances. Barwick came back to Grimsby in January of 2006, but struggled for a chance to play in the first team. The Mariners began the 2006-07 season under a different coach, as Russell Slade left the club and was replaced by their assistant Graham Rodger. In terms of first team possibilities were concerned there was no change .It was evident before the start of the season that Barwick wasn’t in the goals by the newly appointed manager, and Barwick was transferred listed. Then, Barwick was permitted for departure from the club and his contract for two years was terminated when he joined Northwich Victoria a couple of weeks into the campaign in the month of August.
