Terence Flanagan (born 1 January 1975) is an Irish Fine Gael politician who has been an Dublin City Councillor since May 2019. He was previously an Teachta Dala (TD) for the Dublin North-East constituency from 2007 until 2011.
Flanagan was removed out of Flanagan was exiled from the Fine Gael parliamentary party on 2 July 2013 after Flanagan defied the whip of the Fine Gael party in voting for the Protection of Life During Pregnancy Bill 2013. He was a part of Dublin City Council from 2003 until 2007. He was initially elected to the Council to take over Richard Bruton, due to the expiration of the dual mandate in September 2003.
